Valerie Schranz

Valerie has been attending Trinity for six years and is a wife to her husband Tom and mother to two daughters, Alison and Becca, ages ten and eleven.  Valerie has been teaching Sunday School for three years and is the Women's Ministry Leader at Trinity.  She studies a wide array of topics and is an avid reader.  Her teaching style promotes class participation and discussion as well as serious study of scripture as it applies to modern life. Her favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 6:16 "Thus says the Lord: "Stand in the ways and see, And ask for the old paths, where the good way is, And walk in it."

An all Women Sunday School Class, Abundant Life, meets each Sunday morning upstairs in Room 204C.  This class is for women of all ages, single, married, divorced, or widowed.  Women's issues are addressed via Biblical applications.  The core of this class is to help women truly acknowledge that God has a plan for us and wants us to have Abundant Life in our everyday circumstances at any stage of life.  Please take elevator or stairs by Chapel to second floor. Our class is just left of the women's restroom. Taught by Valerie Schranz, Women's Ministry Director, Trinity Baptist Church.

We are currently studying the rich heritage and today's observance of the Sabbath.

Amy Eoff and Grayson McClain

Grayson lives in Germantown with his wife and two daughters. He has been teaching Bible studies since 1994 and enjoys integrating historical perspectives into lessons. Grayson dreams of the day he can step away from engineering and hike the Appalachian Trail.

Currently, Amy is teaching a study on Philippians, which will end mid to late September.  She will then begin teaching a four week marriage series called "Staying in Love" by Andy Stanley.  Here is a brief description of the study:  "We all know what's required to fall in love. A pulse. Falling in love is easy. But staying there? That's something else entirely. With more than 1,500 matchmaker organizations in the United States, finding someone is easier than ever, but staying together seems to get more difficult every day. So. . . is it possible for two people to fall in love and actually stay there? Absolutely. Find out how in Andy Stanley's 4-part series, Staying In Love."
